KSR Lighting would like to notify all customers about a small scheduled disruption in operations.

On Thursday 28th March 2019, KSR Lighting will be unable to process orders for 2 days due to the installation of a new operating system. The last day for dispatch will be Wednesday 27th March 2019. Collections will be available until 3.00pm on Wednesday 27th also.  Normal service for processing orders and delivery will commence from Monday 1st April 2019. Our Sales Office will remain open and operate as usual during this period.

Whilst the system installation commences, KSR are taking the opportunity to conduct a full stock take. Therefore, the warehouse will also be closed and unable to receive returns. Please ensure that you have placed your orders with plenty of time and check your stock levels are correct to avoid delays and disappointment.

KSR would like to thank all their customers for their understanding during this time and appreciate their support whilst we make improvements to the service delivered.
